Sridhar Rampalli is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer with over 25 years of experience in Venture Capital, Wealth Management, and Banking. He co-founded the Parampara Early-Stage Opportunities Fund and founded Blue Ocean Multi-client Family Office. Sridhar has also served as Senior Vice President at Anand Rathi and Investment Counsellor at Yes Bank. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Osmania University and a Diploma in Hospitality Management from IHM-Hyderabad.

Srikanth V J Tanikella is the Managing Partner with over 24 years of experience in Global and Domestic Outsourcing. As COO of CAMS, he was instrumental in its 3.5X growth and $1.7 billion IPO. He also led Infosys BPO's Global Enterprise Solution Sales to $250 million in annual revenue. Srikanth has served as COO for Williams Lea India and a Functional Leader at HP. He holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Calcutta.

Laxmikanth Venkatraman (VLK) is a Managing Partner with over 40 years of experience in Global Leadership across Business Strategy, Sales, Product Innovation, and M&A. He is an Investment Committee Member and Limited Partner at Parampara Early-Stage Opportunities Fund and has served as Managing Director at Broadridge Financial Solutions. VLK has established and grown global enterprises in India and holds a patent in Blockchain. He also set up a Centre of Excellence in AI, Machine Learning, and Big Data. He has an M.Sc. in Physics from Karnatak University.

Pulkit Dak is an Assistant Vice-President and Investment Manager with over 18 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur and leader in diverse sectors, including Industrial Products, Chemicals, and Pharma. He has developed over 1000 products, creating a combined value exceeding $100 million. Prior to joining Pavestone in 2022, Pulkit successfully exited startups in the circular economy and played a crucial role in developing PPE products during the pandemic. He holds a B.Tech. from N.I.T., Nagpur and a Global MBA from ISB, Hyderabad, where he was awarded the Dean’s List medal.

Sai Manohar Cheekoti is a director of Finance & Investments at Pavestone and oversees compliance and portfolio management. He is a seasoned finance leader with over 12 years of experience in finance controllership, business partnering, and investor relations. His expertise spans e-commerce, IT & ITES, edtech, and healthcare. He is a Chartered Accountant and has completed the Company Secretary Executive Course.

With a background in investment banking at Citi and experience in startups like Trusting Social and Kenko, he brings expertise in product strategy and tech-driven solutions. Rahil is an SRCC and ISB graduate, reflecting his deep understanding of both financial and operational aspects of growing businesses.

Sarad Agarwal is an MBA (Finance) from IIM Kozhikode, where he was a gold medalist, and a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. With four years of consulting experience at KPMG, Dhruva, and PwC, he has a strong background in private equity and financial consulting. Sarad is passionate about travel and music and served as a member of the Placements Committee at his college.

Khushali Thakkar is an MBA in Strategy & Leadership and Marketing from the Indian School of Business, where she was a Dean’s List recipient and a Torch Bearer Awardee. She is also a Chartered Accountant and a gold medalist in her B.Com from H.R. College of Commerce & Economics. With approximately 5 years of experience in product development, strategy, and research, Khushali has worked with ICICI Prudential AMC, ITI Alternate Funds, and various startups.

Siddhartha Dubey is a member of the investment team at Pavestone VC. He holds a bachelor's in Accounts and Finance from Narsee Monjee College and an MBA from ISB with dual majors in Strategy and Finance. Siddhartha has experience in actuarial consulting at Willis Towers Watson and early-stage startups at Kyt Ventures. He is also a music enthusiast and self-trained guitarist.
