Sridhar is a Founding Partner and Sponsor at Pavestone. He has more than 30 years of global experience in the areas of International Business, Entrepreneurship, and Investments.

He is the Managing Director of Farmachem Private Limited, where he has been involved in establishing enduring partnerships between Indian Pharma Producers and International customers. He specializes in Business Development and International Sales Strategy for small to mid-sized Indian pharmaceutical companies in India. He has been a strategic partner in the expansion strategy for several small and medium Indian Healthcare companies into markets such as EU & CIS.

He has been an integral part of Parampara Alternate Assets Fund – both as an investor as well as an Investment Committee member.

Mr. Sridhar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Anna University and a PGDM in International Business from IIFT Delhi.
