Sridhar Rampalli is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer with over 25 years of experience in Venture Capital, Wealth Management, and Banking.
He co-founded the Parampara Early-Stage Opportunities Fund and founded Blue Ocean Multi-client Family Office.
Sridhar has also served as Senior Vice President at Anand Rathi and Investment Counsellor at Yes Bank.
He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Osmania University and a Diploma in Hospitality Management from IHM-Hyderabad.
Srikanth is a General Partner at Pavestone. He has more than 21 years of experience in leading business growth, organizational scaleup and client engagement in Global & Domestic B2B Outsourcing.
Prior to founding Pavestone in 2021, he was the COO of CAMS & led the organization in supporting the MF industry through a journey of 3X growth in AUM, rapid digitalization, retail growth and multiple regulatory changes, in the last 7 years. He played a significant role in many industry-transforming initiatives and was part of a key SEBI working committee on Mutual Funds. He was part of the Key Management team that led CAMS’ successful IPO in 2020. He was also a Director on the Boards of CAMS KRA and CAMS Account Aggregator.
Before CAMS he was the COO for India of Williams Lea, a global provider of skilled business-critical services to Investment Banking & Advertising sectors. Prior to that he worked with HP in their Global Business Services team in India.
Srikanth started his career with Accenture in Management Consulting. Subsequently he joined Infosys BPO as part of the startup team and was integral to their growth to $250M in 7 years as part of the Global Enterprise Solution Sales team.
Srikanth completed B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi & PGDM from IIM Calcutta.
Laxmikanth is a General Partner at Pavestone. He is a pioneer of the Indian IT Industry with more than 35 years of Global Leadership in Business Strategy & Sales, Product & Technical Innovation, Mergers & Acquisitions. He is also part of the NASSCOM GCC Council.
For the last 15 years, he has been the India MD and Member of the Global Executive Committee of Broadridge Financial Solutions. Prior to that he established & grew India offices for Global Enterprises such as ADP, D.E. Shaw & Intergraph.
He was a Member of the Investment Committee & an LP in Parampara Early-Stage Opportunities Fund.
He has extensive experience in building, deploying & supporting large scale Enterprise grade products in SAAS model for global clientele. In addition, he owns a patent for an innovation using Blockchain and has set up Centers of Excellence for AI/ML and Big Data.
Laxmikanth holds a Master’s degree in Physics from Karnataka University.
Pulkit is an Assistant Vice-President – Investment Manager at Pavestone. He has more than 18 years of experience being a serial entrepreneur & leading large corporate business verticals across sectors like Industrial products, Metals & Alloys, Chemicals & Fertilizers, Pharma, Governments & Ministries, Public Sector Units, Oil & Gas, Consulting – Project, Product & Technology.
He has conceptualized, incubated, implemented & accelerated high growth corporate & business strategies, product vision & brand strategies, business development initiatives, strategic alliances & acquisitions, leading over 10 business, 12 brands, 18 Product line verticals, 1000+ products, global market entries, creating a combined value of over $100MN.
Prior to Joining Pavestone in 2022, he has created three circular economy manufacturing startups in rare earth & precious metal extraction like Molybdenum, Vanadium, Tungsten, Platinum & Palladium, largest producer of Oil well drilling chemical component from industrial waste, fertilizer & pharma bulk drugs. He has successfully exited by selling the technologies to renowned large enterprises, influencing waste handling & pollution policies across India & setting-up manufacturing plants & process globally.
He has played a significant role in policy formation & developing PPE products within India, during pandemic, in collaboration with MoHFW, MoT, MoC & BIS. He has been instrumental in conceptualizing & executing global market entries & acquisitions, leading product vertical P&L’s for Karam Group, German groups like Uvex & Draeger, WPB SBU at L&T for over 11 years.
Pulkit completed B.Tech. in Metallurgy & Material Science from N.I.T., Nagpur & was awarded with Academic excellence award and Global MBA PGPMAX from Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad & awarded with Dean’s List medal for academic excellence.
Sai Manohar is a Director – Finance & Investments at Pavestone. He is a seasoned finance leader with over 10 years of experience in finance controllership, Business Partnering, Investor Relations, M&A, Debt & Equity funding etc. with diverse exposure to E-commerce, IT&ITES, Edtech & Healthcare Industries.
Prior to joining Pavestone, Manohar worked in startups like Practically & NephroPlus wherein he played an important role in fund raise, providing strategic financial direction, Investor Relations, and M&A. He also comes with experience in working for large corporates like Wellsfargo & ATOS.
At Pavestone, he is part of Investments team and also responsible for Compliance & Portfolio Management. He is a Chartered Accountant and completed Company Secretary (Executive Course).
Sarad is a key member of the investment team at Pavestone VC, where he focuses on B2B enterprise and deep tech investments. He is an MBA (Finance) from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, where he was a gold medalist and a Bachelors in Commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary. During his MBA, Sarad worked at GEF Capital as a Private Equity Intern. Prior to that he has around four years of consulting experience with organisations like KPMG, Dhruva and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Additionally, he has also served as a member of the Placements Committee in his college. Outside of work, Sarad enjoys travelling and is passionate about music & singing.
Siddhartha (Sid) is a key member of the investment team at Pavestone VC, where he focuses on B2B enterprise and deep tech investments. He has completed his bachelor’s in accounts and finance from Narsee Monjee College, Mumbai along with completing all three levels of CFA. He has also completed his MBA from Indian School of Business (ISB) with dual majors in Strategy and Finance as a merit lister. He has worked in actuarial consulting domain in Willis Towers Watson working as an actuarial advisor servicing US Pension Funds. Apart from that, he has also had a brief stint at Kyt Ventures – where he looked at significantly early-stage startups from deal sourcing to deal execution. In his free time, he enjoys watching football and UFC and is also a music enthusiast – a self-trained guitarist and beatboxer.

He has founded LCGC Group and multiple other companies. He has invested growth capital in Locuz, Perfomics Analytical Labs, Dhanush Infotech and multiple other companies and enables them in their growth journey.

He has been a strategic partner in the expansion strategy for several small and medium Indian Healthcare companies into markets such as EU & CIS.
