Sridhar is a General Partner at Pavestone. He has more than 22 years of experience in the financial services industry across Venture Capital, Wealth Management & Banking sectors.

Prior to founding Pavestone in 2021, he was a General Partner and the Chief Investment Officer at Parampara Early-stage Opportunities Fund. He was responsible for the fund’s investment diligence and the governance of portfolio companies.

Sridhar started his career with ITC Limited, and worked with firms like ICICI Bank, ABN AMRO & Yes Bank before a stint as a Senior Vice President in the Wealth Management Division of Anand Rathi Financial Services Limited. He subsequently founded a boutique investment advisory firm, Blue Ocean Multiclient Family office.

His strengths include investment management, business and sales strategy, fundamental and value investing, taxation, and estate planning.

Sridhar is an Economics graduate from Osmania University & a Diploma holder in Hospitality Management from IHM-Hyderabad.
